General FAQ

When will my photos be ready?
If your order does not yet include shipping it will be processed in a batch after the no-shipping cut-off date, and then delivered to your school or club for pick-up. Your school or club will let you know when your order is ready for pick-up. Delivery times can vary so we're unable to give exact dates - thank you for your patience and understanding!
If your order does include shipping it will be mailed directly to the address provided at checkout. These orders are usually processed in batches 2-6 weeks after we receive them. Again, due to the nature of the timeline we cannot give exact dates and we appreciate your understanding.
All digital files will be sent by email as a download link around the same time printed orders are delivered/mailed.
Why do some students have more photos than others?

All students are given the chance to do the same number of poses. Some opt to do the minimum and others the maximum. Some may have done a backup pose incase a harder one didn't turn, or additional poses left in for a different facial expression. Action poses may have slightly different angles so multiple may be kept in.

Why is there no digital file available for class/full group photos?

This is predominantly for privacy usage online; not all parents are okay with their child on social media. We've also had distribution abuse of digital class files in the past so for these reasons we can no longer offer them for purchase.
