Orders before April 12 2025 will be delivered to the club for pick up. Digital orders will be sent around the same time that photos are delivered and to the email address provided at checkout.
Orders after April 12 2025 will have $5 shipping applied and be mailed directly to the local address provided at checkout.
Image are not yet retouched. All print and file orders will be retouched once ordered. For more information on what we do and do not retouch, please see the FAQ below.

General FAQ
When will my photos be ready?
Typically organizations are given 2 weeks to order as a group. After that cut-off, orders are subject to shipping and print orders are mailed to the purchaser directly. All digital orders are emailed to the email address you used at check out, around the same time that print orders are delivered.
For orders before the shipping cut-off, your school or club will contact you when orders are ready for pick up. These initial online orders are delivered to the school or club for distribution as a group. Delivery times vary due to a variety of factors so we cannot give and exact date - we appreciate your understanding. Orders are not processed until after the ordering cut-off date. If your order has shipping applied then it is after the cutoff and will be mailed directly to you. Turnaround times for these orders vary from 2-6 weeks after orders are processed. We appreciate your patience as well as your understanding that we cannot quote an exact date regardless if your images will be ready for pickup or mailed directly to you.
Why do some students have more photos than others?
All students are given the chance to do the same number of poses. Some opt to do the minimum and others the maximum. Some may have done a backup pose incase a harder one didn't turn, or additional poses left in for a different facial expression. Action poses may have slightly different angles so multiple may be kept in.
Will you retouch my child's tights/bruise/acne etc?
All photos are custom retouched (to our discretion). This means we do fix: major bruises and scrapes, clearly visible acne, and runs or waterspots on tights (when possible). We do not fix: chipped nails, dirty or damaged footwear, hair ties (or hair tie marks), henna/fake tattoos, fishnets, or in some cases band-aids (depending on placement).
Will the backdrop be fixed?
For unretouched images yes backdrops are cleaned up and fixed. Please see the example photo in your gallery, if applicable, to have an idea of pre-editing and post-editing.
Why is there no digital file available for class/full group photos?
This is mostly for privacy usage issues; not all parents are okay with their child on social media or displayed online.
